At Manzil Visa Services, we strive to provide professional visa and immigration services with utmost transparency. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any payments.
1. Application & Service Fees
- All visa application fees paid to embassies, consulates, or visa processing authorities are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the application.
- Service charges paid to Manzil Visa Services for consultation, documentation, or application processing are also non-refundable, as they cover administrative costs and professional time spent.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payment made by the applicant (subject to verification).
- Payment collected due to a technical error on our platform.
- Services paid for but not initiated (before any document review, consultation, or application filing begins).
3. Situations Not Eligible for Refunds
No refunds shall be issued in the following cases:
- Visa rejection by the Embassy/Consulate for any reason.
- Delay in visa processing by the Embassy/Consulate or VFS Global
- Change of travel plans after the application has been submitted.
- Incomplete or fraudulent documents provided by the applicant.
- Client fails to provide required documents/information within the given timeline.
4. Refund Process
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days from the date of approval.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used.
- Proof of payment and identification may be requested to verify the claim.
5. Amendments & Cancellations
- If the applicant requests cancellation after the application has been initiated, no refund will be issued.
- Amendments to applications (such as re-filing or corrections) may incur additional charges and do not qualify for refunds.
6. Disclaimer
Visa approval is entirely at the discretion of the Embassy/Consulate. Manzil Visa Services has no control over approval, refusal, processing time, or conditions imposed by visa authorities.
