Visa fees are based on the current exchange rate as set by the Embassy of Poland and are subject to change without prior notice.

Visa and service fees are non-refundable if the visa is refused.

The service fee is non-refundable once the appointment is confirmed.

Applicants can reschedule a confirmed appointment once (subject to slot availability).

If courier service is not opted on submission day, it can be booked later by emailing vasinfo@vfshelpline.com (payment link is valid for 24 hours).
Visa Fee Exemptions
The Schengen visa fee is waived for:

Children under 6 years

School pupils, students, postgraduate students, and accompanying teachers travelling for study/training

Researchers from third countries travelling for scientific research (as per EU Recommendation 2005/761/EC)

Representatives of non-profit organisations aged ≤25 years attending seminars, conferences, sports, cultural or educational events organised by non-profits

Family members of EU/Switzerland/EFTA nationals (as per EU free movement rules)
