Visa Type: Schengen Short Stay Visa (Type C)

Visa fee in INR is as per the current exchange rate and subject to change without notice.

  • Applicants covered under Directive 2004/38/EC

  • Family members of Finnish citizens

  • Diplomatic and official passport holders

  • School pupils, students, postgraduates and accompanying teachers travelling for study/educational purposes (case-by-case)

  • Researchers travelling for scientific research (case-by-case)

  • Representatives of non-profit organisations (aged 25 years or below) participating in seminars, conferences, sports, cultural, or educational events (case-by-case)

Service fee is inclusive of all taxes and must be submitted along with the visa application.

Payment methods:

  • Cash payment at the Finland Visa Application Centre on the day of appointment

  • Card or UPI payment at the Finland Visa Application Centre

Visa fees and service charges are non-refundable, regardless of outcome.

  • Mandatory: Fingerprints + Photo (for applicants 12 years and above)

  • Exempt: Children under 12 years, diplomatic/service passport holders, and exempt categories listed above
