• Covers: Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Bihar, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Jharkhand, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Punjab, Rajasthan, Sikkim, Tripura, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, West Bengal, Chandigarh, Delhi, Nepal, Bhutan.

• VFS Centres: New Delhi, Chandigarh, Gurgaon, Jaipur, Jalandhar, Kolkata, Kathmandu (Nepal).

Consulate General of Türkiye, Mumbai

• Submissions 4–7 working days before departure are considered VIP.

Visa fee and application fee are payable at the time of submission. Fees are non-refundable.

• Completed Türkiye visa application form

• Passport (valid at least 6 months beyond intended stay, 2 blank pages)

• Recent photographs (as per specifications)

• Undertaking letter (mandatory for applicants aged 18 and above)

• Travel itinerary (flight booking, hotel booking, tour plan)

• Proof of financial means (bank statements, salary slips, sponsorship, etc.)

• Travel insurance covering the entire stay

• Supporting documents as per the jurisdiction checklist (to be downloaded and printed from VFS site)

• Undertaking Letter: Mandatory for all applicants 18 years and above. Must be filled, signed, and submitted in original.

• Jurisdiction Rule: Strictly enforced — applications must be filed under the correct consular jurisdiction based on residence and work addresses.

• Group vs Individual Applications: Processing time differs. Ensure submission well before travel dates.

• VIP Applications: Submissions made less than 7–9 working days before travel (depending on centre) will be considered VIP and may involve additional scrutiny.

• Possession of visa does not guarantee entry. Immigration officers may request additional documents upon arrival.
